The Santa Barbara Child Care Needs Assessment is published every five years by the Santa Barbara County Child Care Planning Council. Utilizing data from the California Child Care Portfolio, the Quality Child Care Connections of of the Children's Resource & Referral of Santa Barbara County, Santa Barbara County Department of Social Services, and various other sources, this document offers extensive data for policy makers and planners.
